Life and Death In Tongue pt.2
WORDS: Life and Death Are In The Tongue part 2
Hello my friends,I am sorry for the delay of this 2 part message. The Lord has had me in the Old Testament devouring His word. The message I was given last year was, as it was in Noah’s day so shall it be in the last days and friends, unless one is blind you can see it in the news each day,we are in the last days. So I pray that you too will be feeding your spirit man and let the teaching and scriptures on Our Words give you a new revelation on the importance of what we should speak out and….being more alert of speaking by faith. The Torah’s laws of speech constitute God’s plan on how people should live with each other.
The bible teaches us to name it and claim it as long as it lines up with God’s purpose.(Mark 11:24)
The phrases “watch your mouth” and “watch your tongue” truly had to come from the word of God knowledge, for time after time we see His warning us. Life and death is in the tongue. Our lives are a reflection of our “WORDS”. Everything we see was spoken into existence by God in the beginning, then seeds come forth. Our words are seeds , and we reap what we sow .
Mark The sower soweth the word.
Adam was to create by his intelligent speech given to him by God to create earth.
11.Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
11.Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12.What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13.Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14.Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
The man that doesn’t guard his tongue shortens his life.Evil speech can kill the speaker, the listener, and the subject.
22.And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23.For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24.Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25.And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26.But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
You are gonna have what you speak. For the laws of the speech of the Torah should be kept.Behind every broken relationship is a seed of hatred,a seed planted by a hurtful word.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Restrain yourself from negative words. Most people speak negative words against themselves. When ones self removes negative gossip, and slander from his vocabulary one will drastically see the change and dramatically change one’s life and the lives of others around them.We have a commandment to LOVE. None can keep this commandment if they are not guarding their tongue, and keeping it from gossip, slander and etc.By not guarding your tongue you will not be in the love walk which is the “Royal Law” If we don’t obey this law we will open ourselves up to things that are not His Will. We have authority and ability to repent of speaking negative words, even cursing our own self by speaking out daily any pains, sickness, disease that we have,it will grow and we will reap what we sow by OUR WORDS. I’ve heard may teachers that are of retirement age but they speak I am Refired J Do you have symptoms of a cold or flu? Speak out “I’m catching a healing” We have got to grasp the word of God, He made us in His image, He gave us dominion, and that we create by the power of our tongue.
Our words should line up with God’s Word and His promises for our life. This was started in the beginning with Adam. Words are the medium which we fulfill the purpose for which man was created to communicate with God’s greatness and presence in this world. To preach His word unto and into the world.Think of this…if in the beginning man only spoke God’s word, there would only be blessings now.But there is blessings and cursings ,life and death, because of the tongue.God didn’t give us intelligent speech without giving us His manual in how to use it.
1 Corinth.13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
Eph.4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
CORRUPT means: non edifying ,doubt, unbelief, curse, lying, worry.
There’s power in the spoken word with unity too. Let’s recall the
1.And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2.And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3.And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.
4.And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5.And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
6.And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
7.Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
8.So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.
9.Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.
There was creative power in their tongues and so God changed their speech to different languages that they couldn’t understand one another.
Time after time in the new testament you will see… the words, and he said, he spoke.
1These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
John 17:4-6, 8-11,14-17
4.I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
5.And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
6.I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
8.For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9.I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
10.And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.
11.And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
14.I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
15.I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16.They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
17.Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
John 17:20-24 (we can say; Jesus prayed for Me!)
20.Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21.That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22.And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23.I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
24.Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
8.This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
I pray each one to meditate on the word day and night and be filled with revelation from God. Have a wonderful day in the Lord. God bless til next time.
